Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Primary Responsibilities
- Inform the patient about Medgate services, products and partner clients
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies, meeting Medgate standards
- Does proper triaging of patients • Handles member’s medical or nonMedical concerns
- Records patient’s personal data in the Patient Management System (PMS)
- Monitor and respond to all messages and callback requests from different touchpoints
Kualifikasi Minimum
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Nursing/Psychology or other Medical Allied Courses (License is not required but an advantage
- At least six months work experience in a Hospital/ Clinic/ Diagnostic Center/ Customer Service, but not required.
- Computer literate
- Must be willing to undergo training (telemedicine program) prior to actual duty
- Must be willing to work full-time on an 8-hr shifting schedule (24/7 operations)
- Amenable to work in Makati City
