Receptionist

The Receptionist is responsible in attending to restaurant guests and directing them to their tables. He/ She assists guests with their queries and escalates major concerns to his/her superior.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Welcomes and greets guests and assigns seats to them;
• Draws up client bookings for tables and ensure that tables are set before clients’ arrival;
• Manages the front desk by greeting and attending to customers;
• Informs guests about the availability of tables and direct them to the tables;
• Keeps records of guests who visit the restaurant;
• Assists customers with answers to queries, and proffer solutions to issues within his/her capacity;
• Collaborates with other restaurant staff and the management to ensure that customer complaints are properly attended to in a timely manner;
• Ensures that clients are charged for services before they exit the restaurant

• Preferably Female
• Graduate of any four-year course
• Preferably with relative experience in customer service
• With pleasing personality
• Good communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
