As an Entrance Staff

• Posting of Vacancies on the online site, company bulletin, Brgy, PESO, schools, etc;
• Searching of Applicants on the online site, standby resume, nearby Brgy's., schools etc;
• Inviting of Applicants, after resume screening;
• Exam & Screening;
• Back Checking of residence for sensitive positions & previous employer for all applicants;
• Submission of Requirements, should comply all requirements prior to orientation;
• Orientation/Induction;
• Issuance and Monitoring of ID, ID lace & uniform to new & old staff;
• Training Agreement, preparation and serving;
• Report Submission –Newly Hired (monthly);
• Posting of 2x2 colored ID at Bulletin;
• HR Bulletin In Charge;
• Documentation of newly hired staff;

• A graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resources Management;
• Flexible, honest and trustworthy;
• With at least 3-5 years experience as a HR Staff;
• Residing in Davao City or nearby areas.
