Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Implement directives given by immediate superior by planning and organizing a schedule of tasks to be delegated to handled personnel to supervise execution thereof.
- Confirm specifications by coordinating with all members of the project team to gather all requirements prior to execution of the construction.
- Fulfill resources (manpower, equipment, etc.) requirements by coordinating with appropriate members of the project team to facilitate realization of plans.
- Implement the work environment created by superior by inspecting site before move-in, orients employees on house rules, standards and expectations for compliance.
- Prepare site and employees before beginning construction by coordinating with the QA and QC Engineers regarding overall standard and trainings prior to hand over to facilitate well-well organized execution thereof.
- Finalize design by checking the as built drawings and coordinating with the Design Coordinator to ensure compliance with clients’ inclination.
- Perform internal quality checking by inspecting and comparing to set standards to provide immediate action to minimize possible punch list.
- Delegate activities and deliverables with timeframe by referring to the Construction Schedule to ensure timely execution thereof.
- Monitor progress of activities by constantly coordinating with the project team to ensure adherence of Construction Schedule.
- Make proposals on how to fast track work by documenting observations on current practices and enhancement thereof to hasten construction without sacrificing work quality, Value Engineering.
- Represent Project Manager by attending coordination meetings in his behalf to serve as the Project Managers ears and eyes and keep him posted in his absence.
- Oversee movement of materials by monitoring material estimates, requests, deliveries, and manpower to ensure sufficiency and prevent delays.
- Uphold safety principles and practices by coordinating with the Safety Officer and ensure adherence to prevent casualties of any kind.
- Prepare conclusion documentations by checking quality of work against set standards and specifications to facilitate endorsement to maintenance.
- Perform other functions which may be required by the immediate superior from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- At least five (5) years work experience in similar work environment
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of construction.
