Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and push to get all dependent tasks identified and resource allocated
- Managing, providing work direction, and coaching development staff about project management and time management
- Transforming business ideas them into functional and non-functional business requirements and user acceptance criteria
- Working with development team to translate requirements into functional specifications
- Participating in test sessions and product delivery sign-off
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 3+ years as existing project management with a history of rapid development and release meeting critical business needs
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working through technical challenges to meet business needs on a schedule
- Great flexibility and entrepreneurial spirit are required for this position
Strongly Preferred:
- Knowledge of Agile practices and Scrum methodology
- Knowledge of video platforms including YouTube, Dailymotion and Twitch.
- Understanding of the YouTube MCN model.
