Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Translates product strategy into detailed configuration specifications, and business analysis requirements.
- Helps design, document, and maintain system processes, reporting, and alerting requirements.
- Prioritizes activities based on business and customer impact.
- Gains a deep understanding of user experience, identify and fill product gaps.
- Helps generate new ideas that grow market share, improve user experience, and drive growth.
- Performs quality assurance.
- Reports on common sources of technical issues or questions, and make recommendations to product team.
- Works closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the user.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science is preferred.
- 5 years previous experience in Business Analysis, Quality Assurance or Product Management
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in mobile app development and web technologies.
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing.
- Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
