Opening New Accounts

• Generate sales by finding and opening new accounts for both big and small retail accounts
• Oversee entire sales cycle - from orders, deliveries to collection
• Consistent communication and follow-up to prospective clients

Account Management

• Provide product training and retraining for your accounts /merchandisers to ensure our products are pushed
• Build strong relationships with buyers and disers of both big and small accounts
• Initiative in gift giving to account reps you feel inclined to strengthen relationships with – i.e. payola, merienda, pamasoko, etc.
• Creation of reports for entire team to best understand and monitor your productivity – sales history of accounts, account contacts info, and otherupdates
• Identify and grab opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell

Overseeing field inventory:

• Proper recording and monitoring of deliveries to accounts
• Ensuring FIFO (first in first out) is done by retailers – “merchandising work” – not limited to, visiting and meeting with store disers and managers.

Market research, including, but not limited to:

• Monitoring of competitors activities, promotions and pricing
• Adjustments to company process depending on customer need – we’re a start-up, strategies change DAILY
• Awareness of the latest trends in the market
• On-time and organized reporting for monthly meetings and daily recording
• Event participation – Pop-ups, Training sessions, Brand activation, etc.

• Sales: Must have experience looking and closing accounts
• Preferably from Pet food / Supplies industry, or Agri-vet (poultry, feed, etc)
• We need 5 Sales Account Executive - different locations (NCR & provinces)
• Willing to do field work on a daily basis wiyhin his/her assigned area
• Has experience in account management
