Project Manager  

The Project Manager is responsible for Managing the Communications based of the project and directing contractors in accordance with all the company standards, principles and practices. He/ She will manage staff appointed to the project(s) and work packages of the Company.

Responsibilities:

Includes but not limited to the following:

· Manage the contractors of the Project

· Administer contracts

· Manage communications for implementation of technical and commercial matters

· Take charge of execution, and coordination

· Must be knowledgeable in Project planning and Project scheduling

· Act as liaison for all activities of the scope of works with the Project Management Team and the clients

· Ensure the scope of the project is completed within the scheduled time and to the satisfaction of client

· Review project documentation

· Provide advice in the event of a dispute between stakeholders and contractor

· Provide excellent project management skills and knowledge within an environment of high quality and timeliness

· Monitor and review progress, ensuring project timescales and targets are met

· Integrate with colleagues and operate with enthusiasm and a sense of purpose for the successful delivery of projects

Specific responsibilities with regards to the system will be:

· Monitor and supervise planning and execution process delivered by the contractor

· Provide guidance for production

· Monitor and visit the contractor

· Supervise all the necessary quality tests in factory and on site throughout the life cycle of the project

· Inspect and approve the project documents and operation and workflow planning

· Provide advice and oversight of interface Management tasks

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree graduate of Civil Engineering

· Must be Licensed Civil Engineer

· Minimum of 8 years of Project Management

· With experience working in a Real Estate or with high rise building

· High level decision making and problem-solving skills

· Leadership skills with the ability to delegate, motivate and inspire team members

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Must be willing to work and relocate in Subic
