Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Researching the marketplace to identify trends and new opportunities for growth
- Developing marketing plans that align with overall business objectives
- Analyzing competitor strategies to determine how they are impacting the industry’s dynamics
- Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to grow market share and improve brand recognition
- Identifying new markets and identifying potential opportunities within existing markets
- Collaborating with other departments to identify opportunities for growth within their respective areas of responsibility
- Creating marketing campaigns that effectively reach targeted audiences using the most appropriate channels
- Recommending changes to current strategies to improve performance
- Analyzing data to identify potential risks and opportunities within the marketplace
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management or another related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in a related field. Worked as a manager or director in a business or organization.
- Strategic thinking, ability to see the big picture and think about the future in terms of company’s reputation and goals.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Any nationality, must be able to speak fluent English.
