Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handles the recording and turning-over of all asset acquisitions and asset movements.
- Processes on-time registration of company Vehicles.
- Handles vehicle repair and maintenance request from car assignee.
- Oversees and assists in the proper utilization and discipline about the usage of assigned vehicles.
- Coordinates with Finance for claim of damage to vehicle due to vehicle accidents.
- Performs periodic Fixed Asset Physical Inventory.
- With knowledge in Building Management and Admin Logistics
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Engineering or any business-related courses
- Knowledgeable in Building Management, Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement
- With good communication skills both oral and written
