Community Organizer  

The Masungi Georeserve community organizer is in charge of recruitment, training and supervising park rangers, who are the main beneficiaries of our livelihood programs. Park ranger staff are 25-30 locals from neighboring communities of San Roque, Baras and Cuyambay, Tanay who are in charge of guiding guests of the reserve, maintaining the park and protecting the conservation area.

In addition, he or she must be able to form strong relationships with the surrounding communities and create programs that will further enrich the community's lives and contribute to the preservation of the local environment.

He or she must be willing to work on site in Baras, Rizal (1.5 hours away from Metro Manila). Housing arrangements can be further discussed.

• At least two years experience in community organizing;
• Passion for people development and nature conservation;
• Skilled in recruitment, training and supervision of local rangers and volunteers.
