Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Planning and evaluating
- Managing new product development projects
- Staying up-to-date with industry technological developments
- Conducting research on new product development possibilities and consumer tastes
- Providing recommendations to other departments on launching new products
- Ensuring the work of the R&D department does not exceed budgets
- Working with operations staff to ensure new products are compatible with current manufacturing processes
Kualifikasi Minimum
- BS degree holder in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related courses;
- Minimum experience of 2 years in food product development
- Responsible for research and development of food-related products and improvement of existing products
- Assessment of alternative raw and packaging materials
- Provides technical support to related departments
- Participates in supplier audits, quality assessments, and other required meetings
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Proficient in oral and written communication
