Hotel Manager  

We are a property developer and we own and operate a small boutique hotel and several serviced apartment buildings in Makati CBD. We are looking fo a Manager with solid hotel experience to help us manage these properties.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for Sales, Front Office Supervision, Operations (Housekeeping and Maintenance) supervision, and Training of personnel.
• Oversee the entire operation of the hotel.
• Deal effectively with customers, bosses, and staff workers while keeping the hotel running smoothly.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or any equivalent course.
• At least 5 years experience in hotel supervision.
• Familiar with operation of o-line booking systems.
• Knowlegeable of Air B&B operations an asset.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Fluent in English and Filipino
• Good documentation skills.
• An effective organizer, leader, and motivator of people.
• Able to work flexible hours as required by the job.
