Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepares BCF and RFP of land acquisition transactions;
- Records acquired properties to land mater list - all projects;
- Prepares land acquisition related reports requested by management and other operation units;
- Processes reimbursement of expenses related to petty cash;
- Maintains folders and records of properties (acquired and for acquisition);
- Performs other tasks as may be required or incidental to the duties and responsibilities designated.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Bachelor's Degree (Accounting is an advantage)
