Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provides support to the Accounting Department
- Handles communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person
- Processes transactions for daily banking tasks (deposits, withdrawal), bank payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, and journal vouchers
- Ensures the accuracy of all checks and check vouchers and routes to authorized signatories
- Prepares financial reports
- Assists with audits, fact checks, and resolving dicrepancies
- Verifies general ledger entries and cost center charges by ensuring the coding of invoices and check vouchers are done with proper account distribution, compilation of data for preparation of regularly scheduled and special reports, analyses and statements
- Prepares the monthly input VAT remittance schedule and quarterly report to BIR
- Performing basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
- Performs tasks that may be assigne from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- At least 1 year of working experience in the audit (internal or external) or related field is required.
- CPA or Non-CPA
