Deskripsi Pekerjaan
For Maplecrest Financing Corporation, our credit and financing subsidiary
- Provides general administrative support and assistance to the Senior Executive;
- Prepares and edits correspondences, communications, PowerPoint/visual presentations, and other documents;
- Designs and maintains database using various financial and statistical tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel);
- Files and retrieves documents and reference materials;
- Assists the Senior Executive in conducting research; collects and analyzes business data to prepare reports and documents;
- Manages and maintains Senior Executive's schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements;
- Arranges and coordinates meetings and events;
- Records, transcribes, and distributes minutes of meetings;
- Monitors, screens, responds to, and distributes incoming communications;
- Coordinates project-based work;
- Reviews operating practices and implements improvements where necessary;
- Attend staff meetings on behalf of the Senior Executive.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor or College Degree in Economics, Mathematics or equivalent;
- Preferably 2 years of work experience as Executive Assistant, Management Trainee, or equivalent;
- Fresh graduates may be considered;
- Willing to work in Alabang/Cavite
