Service Coordinator  

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Answer customer and technician calls.
• Schedule service calls and coordinate schedule with technicians and customers.
• Maintain inspection calendar and scheduling.
• Track and evaluate service follow-up calls.
• Review job queues and activity reports on a consistent basis.
• Keep customer contact information up to date and accurate.
• Maintain database of customer sales order and invoicing records.
• Update inventory of equipment. Assist spare parts and consumables inventory.
• Provide price and cost proposal in response to customer’s requests.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone in a timely and accurate manner.
• Report problems and unresolved issues to Manager.
• Presents reports to the Manager.
• Acts as liaison between clients and company.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent
• At least 1 year of working experience in Clerical/Administrative Support
• Must have good communication skills and a pleasing personality
