Junior Product Manager | Full-Time, Remote Work  

The Magic product team is looking to add a product manager to our team to help plan and deliver impactful experiences for our customers, assistants, and teammates.

Job Type: Full-Time, Work from home

You will:

• Collaborate with the product team to define the product vision
• Help set the objectives and key results
• Help contribute to the strategic product roadmap that fits in with the overall strategy of the department and the company
• Speak to customers to collect feedback
• Work with the engineering and design to deliver quality features and products within the expected timeline
• Project manage cross-functional teams, including operations, Hiring, Sales, CRM, ARM, support, marketing, and growth
• Be the point of contact for product-related questions from internal Magic teams
• Help stakeholders and other Magic teams understand product features
• Help shape the voice of the product for our users
• Market the product to our users and internal stakeholders via emails, blog posts, presentations, and other mediums
• Test product features, manage bug queue and improve product quality

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with marketing, especially writing clear and persuasive copy
• Good understanding of Magic org, stakeholders, and pain points
• Detail-oriented with a rigorous and systematic approach to problem-solving
• Understanding of product design and basic concepts
• Ability to juggle different and parallel projects
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Able to write easy-to-understanding documents and presentations
• Familiarity with data analysis and metrics-driven problem solving
• Good understanding of spreadsheets (e.g. Google Sheets) and presentations (Google Presentation)

Bonus Experience

• Experience with project management software like Trello and Asana
• Experience with design tools like Sketch or Figma
• An appreciation for high quality and well-designed product
• Experience with Agile development
