Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The primary role of the Hubspot Administrator is to manage our entire HubSpot and be the link between the sales, operations, hiring, and finance teams to address any needs they may have for utilizing Hubspot as our internal CRM platform. This includes building automation, building crucial reports, and providing day-to-day support for questions that may arise.
Job Type: Full-Time, Work from home
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire Hubspot pipeline for sales, marketing, and operations
- Build essential reports via Hubspot to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency
- The POC internally for all Hubspot related questions, innovative solutions, and automation
- Build automation through HubSpot to improve workflow efficiencies and data integrity
- Build support and FAQ materials for Hubspot to ensure continuity across the operation
- Integration of data from Hubspot into other third-party platforms (such as Airtable)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 1+ years of professional experience in sales support, sales analytics, and the HubSpot sales platform.
- Demonstrates ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders to drive the desired outcome
- Possesses problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Tenacious and strategic thinker with an ability to thrive in a dynamic, always-on, highly ambiguous startup environment.
- Organizational, project management, time management, and communication skills
- Problem-solving skills around technical, product, and accounting-related questions.
- Ability to build relationships
- Strong competency in spreadsheets and presentation software
- Communication at all levels, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to motivate individuals
Work environment—You will work full-time on a flexible schedule, with the ability to WFH
Position type and expected hours of work—Full-time (40 hours/week)
