The role:
- Managing customer inquiries via email, facebook and on the phone
- Creating costings and putting together itineraries for clients
- Liaising with clients (local market initially, then international market)
Kualifikasi Minimum
Important skills:
- Good organisation and the ability to pay attention to detail
- Accurate writing skills in English and Tagalog
- Pro-active and responsible
- Basic excel skills
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to negotiate
- Passionate to make a difference
