Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the preferred attributes for potential hires
- Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms
- Using standardized screening techniques, assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of hopeful candidates
- Arranging virtual interviews for the hiring manager
- Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process
- Keep abreast of new technological trends and products, and searching new ways and events to recruit engineers and developers for the company
- Make recommendations on improving recruitment strategies
- Actively work toward building a diverse and competent tech team to support the organization
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field
- Four to six (4-6) years of experience in end-to-end recruitment process
- Data-driven, and creative with recruitment strategies
- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
- Experience working with a diverse team and striving for meritocracy in hiring
- Highly organized, and proactive in meeting recruitment targets and improving processes
- Takes ownership, self-starter, and a problem solver
- Working knowledge of lead generation outside of conventional methods is a plus
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- A good understanding of technology and technical skills
