- Accomplish given Target KPIs within specific timeframes
- Take responsibility for bottomline numbers in exchange for autonomy in method and approach
- Set hyper-targetted digital campaigns in various channels rapidly
- Strategize approach in each channel & execute on what's needed to get to measurable results
- Actively practice by understanding customer behavior & targetting them with relevant content & communications
- Take ownership of customer journey and funnels & optimize actively
- Take an experimental approach to new initatives and try new things while constantly improving performance in existing activities
- Analyze data and come up with economic approaches to grow the numbers sustainably
- Manage marketing budgets allocated by delivering on the agreed outputs and show improvements in cost efficiency of existing acitivities in order to increase existing budget
- Come up with win-win co-branded campaigns & lead on digital initiatives to work with other brands
Kualifikasi Minimum
- You are an expert in digital marketing
- You know the latest trends in digital marketing & growth hacking
- You have setup various digital campaigns through usual platforms like Facebook, Google & Emails
- You can consistently bring cost per results down by being smart about how you approach each channel
- You can setup a hyper-targetted campaigns in a matter of minutes
- You have strong Analytical Thinking. You entire approach to the way to market is data-driven and you have strong business judgment.
- You are able to roll up your sleeves and do the work. Be it making a minor edit on a graphic using MS Paint or setting up the strategy for email campaigns
- You have exceptional communication and organizational skills. You are able to communicate and listen effectively; great written, verbal and presentation skills
- You have a creative, solutions-focused approach, with a focus on achieving results
- You believe that every campaign could be a success if you just look at the data and act on it
