Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- This is an intrapreneurship position
- You have to act as an entrepreneur in the organization to ideate, diagnose, problem-solve, develop and execute on plans and solutions to grow the company
- This position is designed for exceptional youth who would like to fastrack their career with the ambition to run their own venture or hold leadership management positions and are willing to work extra hard & smart to make that happen
- You will be exposed to a variety of challenges in the business and work alongside senior leadership teams and founders to come up with solutions
Kualifikasi Minimum
- An entrepreneurial DNA
- High EQ is a must
- Analytical Thinking. Data-driven mentality and strong business judgment. Able to roll up your sleeves and analyze the data and pull key insights for different teams
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Able to communicate and listen effectively; great written, verbal and presentation skills
- A creative, solutions focused approach, with a focus on achieving results
- A degree in product management, business administration, management engineering or industrial engineering is a plus
- 1-3 years of work experience or internships in rapidly-growing organizations, technology companies or start-ups is an advantage
- Experience in management consulting is an advantage
- Experience in building your own business is an advantage
- Awards and scholarships from reputable colleges and universities are an advantage
- Exposure to different cultures and living experience in other countries is an advantage
