We are seeking an experienced and talented Architectural Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for 3D rendering and visualization, with a strong background in 3DSMax and Lumion. The candidate should also be proficient in CAD and have strong skills in Photoshop.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D visualizations of architectural designs and concepts.
• Work closely with architects and designers to ensure that visualizations accurately represent their vision.
• Collaborate with the team to produce visualizations that are both accurate and aesthetically pleasing.
• Provide input and suggestions for design improvements and alternative solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in architectural visualization.
• Proficient in 3DSMax and Lumion.
• Proficient in CAD.
• Strong skills in Photoshop.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
