Job Description

The Data and Analytics Project Manager provides data management, quality assurance, analysis and reporting for M2.0’s Analytics/Reporting and Accounts teams. The mandate of the Analytics/Reporting team, of which this role is a part, is to develop insight‐rich, actionable reports for M2.0’s PR and digital marketing clients, as well as prospective clients; and to develop analytics products that describe and measure the communications performance of customers across a broad range of metrics.

What the role will be doing:

• Help manage the end-to-end delivery of the company’s data and analytics products and services by effectively managing scope and dependencies; identifying risks and issues and proactively resolving these; and ensuring that outputs are delivered to time, cost, and quality
• Ensure that business outcomes are defined, approved, and delivered. Be responsible for benefits realisation, and ensure that benefits are delivered in the best way possible
• Partner with internal and external clients to define reporting and strategy requirements based on business objective
• Participate in the production of various reports, including communications performance reports, listening and sensing analyses, and others, using available software tools
• Support strong team and project governance/organization, aligned with the overall governance, and ensure that timely decisions are taken
• Communicate regularly and effectively with project stakeholders
• Support the data and analytics director in the overall successful delivery of data and analytics products and services, as well as research and development for new business offerings

What experience do you need:

• Experience of management of data and analytics projects
• Experience of working on projects that have involved the introduction of new ways of working / processes / methodologies into a business
• Highly proficient in Project Management principles, methods, techniques and tools
• Highly numerate, with strong financial management
• Strong client, supplier, and people management skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience of working to introduce agile/SCRUM into organisations, or similar approaches
• Experience of innovation initiatives
• Communications or marketing industry experience
