Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional customer associate to organize day-to-day operations at our High-end Luxury Store.

Job Descriptions:

• Greeting customers, responding to questions, and providing outstanding customer service.
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Performing basic housekeeping duties to ensure that the store displays, signage, inventory, and stock management are well-maintained.
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Provide support to boutique operations as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min. high school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience working as sales/client advisor/customer representative or similiar role at least 2 years
• Exceptional communication skills as well customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and consultative sales skills.
• Flexibility with full-time work hour, as well shift assignments
• Ideal candidate should presentable, confident, enthusiastic, and have curiosity to learn
