Responsibilities - What You Can Expect

• Create value-driven content for lead generation and brand development based on buyer personas (such as clients, partners, and customers)
• Support content marketing projects and team processes
• Work with other marketing team members (and internal stakeholders) to develop content in various formats - Industry reports, white papers, case studies, topic clusters, decks, knowledge bases, press releases, hyper-targeted emails and ABM digital ads, videos, webinars, web pages, etc
• Support processes to keep existing sales enablement and buyer enablement content updated
• Execute content quality standards and proof-reading practices
• Support regular reporting on content performance and team performance with other marketing team members
• Willingness to take a short and simple writing assessment

• Native English speaker with a Degree (preferably from a US/UK university) and years spent living in Western countries
• Education mindset to create valuable content that enables clients, partners and customers (e.g. trained in TESOL or has teaching experience)
• Capacity to make complex topics and technical content simple and easy to understand for non-technical audiences
• Ability to write tight and focused content and copy exclusively for specific personas
• Some experience in researching and crafting content in structured ways to scale content development and ensure content consistency
• Portfolio of structured and tightly-written content; can be academic work
