Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Perform concept development work together with PR & Marketing Team;
- Design and layout promotional print materials.
- Plans site design by clarifying goals; designing functionality.
- Assist development of multi-purpose graphic design initiatives and visual content for online and offline communication channels that uphold brand guidelines and values, and within the pre-set timelines and budget.
- Design a wide range of corporate promotional / marketing materials, including but not limited to advertisements, posters, flyers, marketing collaterals, catalogs.
- Upgrades site by updating content and graphics; monitoring performance and results; identifying and evaluating improvement options; introducing new technology; maintaining links.
- Maintains site appearance by developing and enforcing content and display standards; editing submissions.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Kualifikasi Minimum
- Diploma holder in Graphic Design or related fields
- Minimum 3 years' relevant solid working experience in graphic design experience in Real estate and construction supplies promotional activities are an advantage
- Experience in Visual Merchandising is a plus
- Good command of English
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Knowledge of 3D software skill (3D Max or equivalent, Sketchup, AutoCAD) is a must
- Strong creative concepts, innovative, conceptual, understanding of business trend and keen eye for detail
- Creative mindset and independent from design concept, final artwork to production
- Well organized, Good team player, self-motivated, sense of responsibility
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadline and multi task
- Experience in advertising/marketing agency is a plus
- Willingness to learn and to be flexible to changing situations
- Immediately available is preferred.
