Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The operations manager is responsible for the general oversight of the different admin functions, which include: logistics, external affairs, finance, HR, and legal. S/he will ensure that all processes belonging to the aforementioned functions are carried out with utmost quality and efficiency:
1. According to the company's development plan, look for different resources to satisfy the company's services to employees, such as law firms, various housing agencies, travel agencies, and institutions.
2. Develop driver management rules and regulations and supervise the work of the driver. Communicate with the front desk real time and relay any issues encountered by the drivers. Make sure to check the safety and cleanliness of the vehicle, supervise the refueling and maintenance of the vehicle, deal with vehicle accidents and insurance company issues, and resolve issues with the police department.
3. Make and review the salary, performance, and dividends of Filipinos. Coordinate with intermediaries to communicate with Filipinos about recruitment, onboarding, resignation, normal work problems, and Philippine government benefits. Organize training for Filipino employees.
4. Organize employees' monthly one-day team-building trips, conduct English language training, plan the purchase of birthday gifts, assist employees in different transactions such as bank account opening, driver's license application, foreign exchange, online purchasing platforms, etc. Constantly source out different benefits to facilitate employee welfare.
5. According to the needs of departments and guests, arrange guest reception throughout the entire process, such as airport pick-up, hotel check-in and check-out, catering, and leisure activities.
6. Supervise the monthly payment of office expenses and handle the department's bookkeeping. In accordance with the company's safety system, check employees' mobile phones and computers regularly and report abnormalities.
7. Support in the recruitment of local IT staff. Look for advertising media. Help get the approval of our building for the installation of telecom signal booster. Supervise all renovation works (office, others). Process sim card replacement or repair. Facilitate the procurement process.
8. Assign vehicles to pick up and drop off employees.
Manage employee dormitories (process rental and utilities payments, look for additional dormitory units for staff, coordinate with logistics to resolve dormitory issues).
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Filipino
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent organization and communication (written and verbal) skills
