Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Proactively close deals for the team
- Proactively cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to clients
- Develop market strategies to best position Lit Digital's services
- Researching/building lists of high-potential prospects
- Craft business proposals or estimates and contracts to draw in more revenue from prospects or clients
- Negotiating with prospects to secure the most attractive prices
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 2+ years of sales and business development experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- Excellent people skills
- Great networking skills
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills
- Ability to work with a team to achieve goals and ensure excellent service to clients
- Collaborative and a team player
- Independent and is not easily swayed nor discouraged by setbacks
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheet), Canva for presentations a plus
- Network or experience with beauty brands a plus but not required
