Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure that employees receive the appropriate training (whether in-house or off-site) to adequately perform their jobs
- Assist with change management and performance management needs of the organization
- Facilitates Performance evaluation to respective Departments
- Perform other related tasks assigned
- Supports HR Goals outside from his/her Job description
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology
- 1-2 years of experience in Construction Industry
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Profound experience/exposure to the following areas of HR; Timekeeping, Employee relations, Training and Development, Performance Evaluation and Reporting
- Ability to multitask and can blend to the fast-paced culture of Construction
- Optimistic and Open to mentoring and coaching
