Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Able to do go to project sites and do site works
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
- Good understanding of labor laws
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ethical standards
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
- Additional HR education and certification will be a plus
- Experience in a construction industry is preferred
