Operation Specialist  

1. Order Management and Fulfillment

• a. Reviews and consolidates individual orders in database for Supply Chain Associate
• b. Oversees the purchasing of items based on requirements or agreed contract with the partner vendor
• c. Conducts quality assurance on the sorting and packaging of orders based on The Farmer’s Kitchen’s standards.
• d. Checks and compares packed orders versus the order inventory before dispatching
• e. Designs the Delivery Plan and optimize it considering cost, delivery time and maintaining quality of the items
• f. Makes the orders available for dispatch and coordinates with riders or third-party logistics provider for timely delivery

2. Vendor Sourcing and Purchasing

• a. Researches potential vendors and prepares contract for Customer Experience and Operations Manager’s approval and/or CEO
• b. Compares and evaluate offers from suppliers
• c. Negotiates contract terms of agreement and pricing
• d. Reviews quality of purchased products
• f. Maintains updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices in database

3. Team and Operations Management

• a. Monitors and coaches team performance
• b. Troubleshoots operational concerns and reports to Customer Experience and Operations Manager
• c. Improves existing systems and processes as that need arise.

4. Other tasks which may be assigned.

• 3-5 years of Supply chain or e-Commerce preferred
