The Music Director is responsible for developing, coordinating, and supervising overall music and related programs at LiFE.
Primary responsibilities:
- Develop the right music for audience.
- Determine and regulate the brand sound / musical style.
- Preside over the music library online and offline.
- Confer with the Head Teacher for class musical direction.
- Produce music and/or collaborate with Music Producers.
- Audition Musicians and Artists for mini-jams.
- Audition Teachers and oversee music workshops/classes.
- Come up with playlists/sound bytes + cover art work for social media / website.
- Perform music promotion through digital distribution networks, broadcast media, or Bloggers.
The Music Director is part of the Management Committee of the company and will play a vital role in the execution of core products and services.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in any related course.
- Good communication and planning skills.
- Strong musical and aesthetic skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Music production skills.
- Large music network.
- Interested in and a passionate advocate of holistic wellness, personal development, yoga, food, music, and art.
