- Deliver sales objectives and execute go-to-market strategy that drives sustainable revenue generation, growth, and profitability.
- Provide consistent leeadership, direction, and training to business unit heads to achieve sales plans, meet expenses targets, and execute other critical business objectives.
- Demonstrate highly effective selling and client relation techniques and provide real time feedback on selling and service nature.
- Understand how to set priorities in complex situations and manage time despite unexpected interruptions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree of Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or any related course.
- At least 5 to 7 years of work experience in hospitality (events, catering, apartment rental, etc.).
- Proven track record as top performing closer.
- Demonstrated time and territory management skills.
- Excellent customer focus and interpersonal skills working under high volume and potentially stressful conditions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated abiity to deliver sales goals.
- Ability to work remotely and independently.
- Motivated and results-oriented.
- Works well with others in a collaborative team environment and manager account relationships.
