- Responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining printer
- Must be able to prioritize incoming service call according to the severity of issues and/or time call
- Ensure service tickets are complete, indicating technical issues and resolution
-Provide excellent customer service by providing minor troubleshooting guidance
-May help collection of payment
-Direct reporting to field technical supervisor and service job controller
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 1 year experience
- Bachelors Degree (Any field)
- With knowledge in troubleshooting equipments to identify the causes of malfunctions.
- Know how to analyze the error of the machines, and resolve the maintenance and repair issues.
- Provide professional customer service in order to ensure customer satisfaction
