1. Develops Individual Development Plan for Employees.
2. Evaluates Department Organization and comes up with a lean and efficient organization set up.
3. Conducts Job Evaluation.
4. Develops Key Performance Areas for each of the position in the organization.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent
- At least 6 months to 1-year work experience in Recruitment and Selection.( end to end Recruitment)
- Required Skill(s): Interview Skills,Strong Personality, Organized, Punctual, Keen to details, Goal-oriented, Result-oriented, Communication Skills, Customer Service, MS Office, Creative, and Approachable.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City
