- Supervise and oversee the employees of the department to achieve it’s collection targets.
- Direct, implement and monitor daily operational activities of the department .
- Establish strategic plans & programs of the department.
- Manage the collection efforts of the company; ensure high collection efficiency and strictly monitors receivables over 120 days.
- Ensure proper credit investigation for all new customers and provision of appropriate credit line for all customers.
- Resolves discrepancies or disputes.
- Prepares financial or regulatory reports required by laws, regulations, or boards of directors.
- Review collection reports to determine the status of collections & the amounts of outstanding balances.
- Regular Updating of Consolidated Reports
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Banking/Finance or equivalent.
- Must have at least 2-3 years relevant experience in accounts receivable and collection in supervisory capacity.
- Persistent and agressive in doing collection activities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications particularly Word and Excel
- Possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
- With a pleasing personality, highly analytical, keen on details and result-oriented.
- Must be a strong communicator and able to interact with people at all levels.
