Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Generate, track, and communicate quoting activities with project managers
- Follow the quoting instructions and criteria from the project team and client
- Propose improvements in the quoting and project coordination process
- Coordinate with project managers about the client's quote request
- Ensure that client requests are quoted promptly and accurately
- Perform related duties for the localization department
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- At least a bachelor’s / college degree related to the job function
- Advanced typesetting skills on Microsoft Office products, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Knowledge of Hancom Office and CAT tools are an advantage
- He/she must have:
- sharp attention to details
- excellent time and project management skills
- exceptional organizational skills
- the ability to work under minimum supervision and undergo rigorous training
