Project Coordinator (Cebuano)  

For Project Coordinator – Quality Assurance (Cebuano)

• Translate documents from Cebuano to English, and vice versa
• Handle in-house written projects
• Coordinate with Lexcode’s local and foreign clients
• Respond to clients’ inquiries and concerns about projects
• Perform final quality check on all written English and Cebuano documents
• Proofread, edit, or rewrite articles and other types of documents
• Screen and evaluate translators on a regular basis
• Trains fellow members, translators, and/or proofreaders
• Check and correct grammatical or spelling errors on translators’ documents
• Remote coordination with the company’s staff and translators overseas
• Cross-check facts, references, and other important details in files to ensure that everything conforms to the company’s standard
• Complies with strict publication standards, clients’ specifications, and deadlines

• Exceptional verbal and written English skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Above average marketing, writing, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under minimum supervision and undergo rigorous training
• Willingness to work beyond office hours and on weekends when necessary
• High focus to ensure quality delivery of multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Readiness to travel periodically in Lexcode's overseas offices, especially in Seoul, Korea
• At least a bachelor's degree in Advertising, Business, Communication, Foreign Language, International Relations, Marketing, or related fields

• Document QA and review
• Fluency in a Philippine language other than Filipino (Tagalog) and/or a foreign language other than English
