Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Create automated, regular and ad-hoc reports, either descriptive or predictive, and provide insights on how to improve the business;
- Create and manage the application databases of FSG;
- Report to management any abnormal movements in any business metrics and propose corrective and preventive measures for implementation;
- Do market research and provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation;
- Propose, incentive schemes, process improvements, and new products, including their financial and non-financial impacts, which will lead to better business profitability;
- Evaluate the performance of recently ended business initiatives;
- Interact and coordinate with internal and external parties in relation to the above tasks.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate in any of the following courses: BS Mathematics, Statistics, MIS, IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration
- Have at least one year experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence and Reporting. Fresh grads are also welcome to apply.
- Good presentation skills and is adept with PowerPoint
- Have above average analytical skills and is able to show analysis through Excel
- Knowledge in MySQL, R, Python, Tableau is an advantage
