Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Performs end-to-end materials/ logistics management:
- Planning/ Forecasting
- Inventorying
- Creating
- Packing
- Order Processing
- Safekeeping
- Performs quality check of manuals and other training materials.
- Performs data entry and formatting in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Works closely with Project Managers in the end-to-end preparation of learning events.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 1 year of solid experience in materials/ logistics preparation and coordination
- At least 1 year of solid experience in assisting/ supporting soft skills training classes (not technical training, language or process training)
- Excellent communication skills -- both in English and Filipino, both in oral and written communication
- Detail-oriented
- Has above average MS Office skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Preferably with background in managing events and materials/ logistics management
