Marketing Officer for Restaurant Group  

Position: Marketing Head

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Head to lead our company’s marketing team. This individual will develop strategies and tactical initiatives to ensure the organization meets its business objectives and maximizes company growth.

Huge opportunity to run a fast growing multi unit food company as one of the top key members of the company. Lead, evaluate, and manage our marketing strategy and direction for our entire company. Work with the CEO and Management team to develop plans to ensure our company’s success.

Such key result areas shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Champions the brand positioning and drives the continued evolution of the marketing strategy
• Leads the marketing team and serves as the final authority for all vendors
• Provides market insight and industry awareness to help guide the company through the changing competitive landscape
• Drives the advertising promotional calendar, public relations, and franchise development marketing functions for the brand
• Strikes the right balance among creativity, operational results and data-driven decision-making
• Serves as a Senior Leadership team member partnering closely with the CEO
• Drives flexibility and creativity in marketing processes enabling better departmental execution
• Leads strategy and execution for the marketing including media, co-ops, field marketing and expansion
• Refines a compelling marketing message and positioning consistent with the brand strategy
• Ensures consistent communication of the message in all channels

• Minimum 2 years experience in designing, planning, development, and execution of marketing plans, preferably in restaurant/specialty food
• Demonstrated experience in the superior creation and execution of marketing programs and plans
• Ability to develop a high performing team
• Demonstrated experience in construction of marketing strategies and development of specific plans around those strategies.
• Must possess an intense sense of urgency coupled with unbridled enthusiasm and passion
• Effective project and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
