Local Store Marketing for Restaurant  

Our Local Store Marketing officer is expected to analyze and strategize on ways to improve the stores sales in its local area.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Seek an provide information to help the Company determine their position in the Local Trading Area
• Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies of the Company
• Input and reports the comparison data
• Prepare reports/findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text
• Conduct Sales Calls or Company Visits to encourage bulk orders for events
• Booking Clients for bulk orders
• Over-all in-charge pre-events preparation, supervising during events as well as post-events report
• Directly reporting to the Store Manager and Operation Head
• Delivers LSM activities to boost all sales channels according to corporate directions and instructions
• Involved in developing marketing campaigns in promoting products and services specifically to the Local Store's Market
• The roles includes planning, advertising, public relations, organizing events, product mix suggestions, distribution, sponsorship and research for the Local Store Trading Area
• Makes efforts to assist in floor management and customer PR especially during peak hours

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Marketing
• Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up. Experienced Employee specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
