- Create and implement communication plans for Learning & Development Programs to ensure employee participation and engagement
- Provide support to the Learning and Development
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A Communications, Visual Arts, Multimedia Arts or Management undergraduate, specifically looking at gaining skills in project management and campaign management.
- Knows how to design and create multimedia content – photo and video using Adobe Programs.
- Able to lead and execute projects – able to plan tasks, lead team members, follow through and execute excellently.
- Self-starter, resourceful, and has a bias for action.
