- Delivers excellent execution of social media audience engagement across company's social media channels.
- Manage daily operations of social media and drive programs to increase Lex exposure through communications and engagement with customers and partners in support of marketing, product and fleet recruitment initiatives
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and ads.
- Support the creation, implementation and optimization of social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Line, LinkedIn
- Lead and generate report of social media channel performance on weekly and monthly basis
- Share and extracting data insights from company's career website on fleet applicant to support the recruitment process.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Possess at least Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Communication/Public Relations/Marketing, Mass Communications, Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Able to measure and analysis social media performance
- Excellent creative writing skills
- Creative and passionate in Technology Industry.
- Proficient in English, both oral and written
- Comfortable with using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for creating content
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize work load
- Ability to work with tight timeline and targeted objectives in fast paced environment
- Experienced in utilizing social media analytical tools and able to identify related ongoing trends in social media
