- Maintain and monitoring update of contract and employee database
- Manage tracking of contract on the system
- Review and compile all contract document include supporting document contract
- Maintain organized system of physical and digital records
- Negotiate contract terms, conditions and follow up to ensure execution according to the negotiated terms
- Generate reports on the current status of existing contracts
- Analyze and report on specific risks associated with contracts
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree from Law, Business Administration, Management or related, from reputable university
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table and Vlookup)
- Good written & oral communication in Bahasa and English
- Analytical thinker with detailed research proficiencies
- Ability to grasp and interpret oversight or inaccuracy in contract.
- Knowledge and understanding of the legal requirements involved in specific contract
- Fantastic organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Well connected in the local blue collar recruitment category will be an added advantage
