- Build a strong, credible relationship with hiring managers and critical stakeholders; operating as trusted advisor and subject matter expert
- Supporting the hiring needs of managers in various operational roles to find suitable candidates
- Run end to end operational work (job posting, tracking, scheduling interviews, debrief, etc.)
- Building a pipeline of candidates through creative ways of candidate sourcing
- Supporting candidate management from interview to offer closing/contract generation
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 2 years' recruitment experience in multinational companies or agency
- Experience in volume hiring and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work with minimum supervision and tight timeline
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
- Good command in English
- Enthusiasm and an eye for detail
- Willing to be placed in Goro, Kelapa Gading
- Willing to work in a contract based for 6 months
- Available to join immediately
