The Business Development Associate will play a key role in the growth by increasing the number of broker clients and properties that can be offered to people searching for their new dream home. Our Business Development team focuses on acquiring clients using telesales operations.
The mission of this team is to ensure every broker in the country works with Lamudi for lead generation.
Your sales experience combined with your interpersonal skills, customer-centric mindset and enthusiastic personality will help us achieve that mission. Using those skills, you will provide high-caliber service to our broker clients which will make them want to partner with us! When our millions of online property buyers (and sellers) are happy, so are we
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Excellent communication in both written and verbal
- Great with building and maintaining client relationships
- Very strong sales & negotiation skills
- Ability to works well in a high energy team
- Well organized & structured working style

- Fluency in spoken & written English
