Marketing Manager  

Mission: To build the brand of Lamudi Philippines as the go to platforms for anyone who wants to buy or sell property

Responsibilities:

• Management + Strategy
  • Manages the marketing, graphic design, and social media teams.
  • Responsible for the overall offline marketing strategy of the company.
  • Identifies relevant channels to market Lamudi towards brokers or buyers.
  • Conducts market studies and reguarly does analysis to better understand the market.
  • Creates monthly marketing budget, and quarterly marketing plans.
  • Reports on results of marketing efforts to Marketing Director.
• Events management
  • Organizes and manages all events in which Lamudi participates in.
  • Negotiates rates with events and suppliers.
  • Designs, procures, and distributes marketing collaterals.
  • Responsible for sale of events through coordination with sales team.
• Branding, partnerships
  • Identifies, designs, and plans any brand communications.
  • Forms partnerships with third parties to create joint promotions/ events.
• Social media, Content, Magazine, B2B Marketing strategies
  • Creates, and executes customized Marketing strategies for B2B clients.
  • Manages, and executes performance analysis of all social media channels.
  • Plans, printing and distribution of magazine.
  • Responsible for content of Email Newsletters (customers, brokers, internal).
